PROAUCTIONRING is intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and useful experience, but as with anything concerning any kind of transactions there are risks involved and we strongly advise you to understand all of these terms before joining. If you spot a listing that you feel is violating the general terms and conditions of this web-site as stated below please let us know by contacting us.

Rights To Suspend or Terminate.
You agree that PROAUCTIONRING, in its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site (b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have listed a suspicious item (d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder or seller. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.

Your Conduct.
You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web-site(PROAUCTIONRING). You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you are entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.
You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

Membership.
Membership to PROAUCTIONRING is only available to those who  can form a legally binding contract. PROAUCTIONRING does not permit minors (under 18) to register. If any member fails to signup with their correct age the account will be terminated immediately.

BE AWARE that each Auctioneer using PROAUCTIONRING will define their own unique selling terms that apply only to their auctions and not to the general population of Auctioneers. We strongly recommend reading the terms for every auction lot that you are bidding on since no two Auctioneers will have the same terms of sale.

General Terms.

PROAUCTIONRING acts as the window for Auctioneers to conduct auctions and for bidders to bid on sellers' auctions. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchases of items they have bid on. In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretense.

PROAUCTIONRING shall not be responsible for any items sold by Auction, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller. PROAUCTIONRING shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained. 

Auctioneer's have the right to continue or suspend or end or extend closing time of any and all auctions that have been entered by them on PROAUCTIONRING.

PROAUCTIONRING assumes no liability for the content of the listings. However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.

Technology Disruptions.

PROAUCTIONRING will not be responsible for technology disruptions, errors or failures (including disruption to bidding or the failure to execute, recognize or record online bids). whether cause by (i) loss of connectivity, breakdown, disruption, or failure of our Platform , (ii) breakdown, disruption, or failure of a Bidder's or Auctioneer's internet connection, computer, or system, or (iii) otherwise. Auctioneer may, but will not be required to, continue, suspend, delay, extend, reschedule, or close the Auction(s) because of disruptions caused by technology failures, even after bidding has commenced.

Force Majeure.

Neither party,((i) PROAUCTIONRING, Auctioneers) will be held liable or responsible to the other party, or be deemed to have defaulted under or breached, this Agreement, for failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement when such failure or delay is caused by or results from causes beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including, without being limited to, fires, strikes, floods, adverse weather, acts of war, terrorism, riot, or public disorder, acts of God, lawful acts of public authorities, electronic failures, communications failures, internet service disruptions, health and safety concerns (including with being limited to COVID-19 pandemic).

Payment of site usage fees charged auctioneers.
Payment must be made via a paypal account. You will receive an invoice with your monthly or yearly subscription fee charge and any other extra services fees you have incurred while using the site's services. This invoice will be sent to the email address you registered with. You will also be able to view this invoice when logged in under your members area in the My Account section. Your account will be suspended if payment is not received within 15 days of receiving the invoice which is sent via your registered email.

Site/Auctioneer Emails.

All registered users/auctioneers by default of registering on Proauctionring are agreeing to receive emails from the site in response to actions they have done on the site. Actions such as but not limited to the following: registration completion email, placing a bid, being outbid, a bid is placed on a lot in their watchlist,  a message has been entered on the site for them, an auctioneer needs to directly contact them, they have won a lot, an invoice has been created, an invoice is edited, site newsletter you registered to receive (you may unsubscribe from the newsletter ) plus other communications that may be added to the site over it's lifetime.

If you wish to no longer receive any of the mentioned transaction emails in the future, please contact us using the Contact Us form on bottom of the site's pages.  Tell us you no longer wish to bid on the site, give us your site's log in name and we will mark your account as inactive at which time you will no longer be allowed to place bids on the site and therefore will no longer receive any emails of any type.

Laws.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America whether Federal or State specific.
