Lots will begin closing Monday May 29 at 7pm. Soft and staggered close, one lot will close per minute, if a lot gets a new high bidder in the last 3 minutes it will extend an additional 3 minutes.

Terms:

A storage unit lot/auction may be cancelled at any time due to payment from the storage unit renter. 

Please ask any questions prior to bidding! 

Messier's Auction will call for payment directly after the auctions end and invoices are created.  You will pay by debit/credit card over the phone.  Your invoice will be marked paid on pro auction ring and the owner of york self storage will be notified of the winning bidders for each unit. 

A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added onto your high Bid Price.

All items in descriptions are what we thought we saw when taking pictures. We make no claims or guarantees that any items work.
Messier's Auction and York Self Storage do not hold any liabilities for persons during clean out of their lockers if injury or death occurs. All persons enter the property and unit at their own risk.

If you are the winning bidder you may clean out your winning unit anytime between 9am and 5pm on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 or Wednesday May 31, 2023.

York Self Storage will collect the $100 CASH per unit cleaning deposit from you and bring you to the unit(s) you won. Once units are broom swept clean your $100 CASH per unit deposit will be returned.
