If you are a new bidder and haven't bid with us before you may receive a phone call from (315)225-3565 to confirm you are a real person.  We recently had an $800+ invoice go unpaid with a no call, no show, no payment. This is to protect our seller and keep it fair for other bidders who would have wanted the items. Thank you for your understanding.

On large purchases that need to be shipped we reserve the right to request a bank wire transfer to protect our seller and ourselves from credit card charge backs or fraudulent purchases  

Bidding begins to close on Sunday, March 19 at 6pm. Soft and staggered close. 2 lots will close per minute.

Pick up is Monday, March 20 from 12pm to 6pm

Preview is Thursday, March 16 from 5pm to 6pm. A video will also be posted to Facebook.

If you are from out of the area/state and you wish to drive and pick up your items because you bought a lot and need to make other pick-up arrangements, please reach out.  We are willing to work with you!

Please ask any questions prior to bidding! 

Items can be shipped. Your invoice will be updated with shipping, handling and insurance (if you choose to insure). We will then call you via telephone for payment by credit/debit card once items are packed and shipping cost is calculated. 

If you are picking up your items you will pay at pick up, we accept cash, Check, or debit/credit cards.

15% Buyer's Premium will be added to your invoice

8.75% sales tax for residents of NYS

$50 fee will be assessed if you don't pick up your items during auction pick up and an additional $10 per day to store said items will be added to your invoice.

All items are sold as is. All information printed and advertised is subject to misprints or errors. We looked and felt every piece of glass, but we aren't perfect. We do our best to represent items exactly as they are. Please come to the preview to inspect items

Please remember to bring any boxes/bags/packing material you may need when you pick up your items. We do have bubble wrap for this auction if you need some.

$100 fee for bad/returned checks

Auctioneer reserves the right to block a person from bidding at their discretion.
